SOCIAL WORKER GIVES HFFF PHONE NUMBER TO VISITOR.
VISITOR MUST CONTACT HFFF BEFORE ANY HOTEL RESERVATION CAN BE MADE.
WHEN VISITOR CALLS HFFF, OUR SCHEDULER GETS PERTINENT FACTS ABOUT VISITOR; EXPLAINS THE DO'S AND DON'TS, AND MAKES SURE VISITOR HAS A MAJOR CREDIT CARD.
HFFF MAKES A RESERVATION AT A PARTICIPATING HOTEL, AND OBTAINS A RESERVATION NUMBER.
HFFF CALLS VISITOR OR FAXES HIM/HER THE RESERVATION NUMBER, DATES AND CHECK-IN TIME.
WHEN STAY IS COMPLETED, HFFF CALLS HOST HOTEL TO EVALUATE STAY, AND WRITES A PERSONAL LETTER OF THANKS.  WE SUGGEST THAT VISITOR DO THE SAME.
